Should OER implementation be directed from the top of the organization? Should it be driven by teachers at the grassroots level? In Carlsbad Unified, we've successfully implemented OER by relying on drivers from both the district office and the classroom. We’ll share about how we’ve worked to collaboratively implement OER.

Learning Outcome #1
At the end of this session, participants will be able to replicate a successful OER implementation in their District.

Learning Outcome #2
At the end of this session, participants will be able to use the OER-related tools developed in our District.
