The Question Formulation Technique is a great tool to get started with inquiry for both teachers and students. The QFT is the perfect start to get students thinking critically and asking questions. We'll do the QFT, discuss digital tools that support it, then build one that can be used tomorrow.

Learning Outcome #1
At the end of my session, participants will be able to facilitate the QFT process with their students.

Learning Outcome #2
At the end of my session, participants will be able to create a QFT with an appropriate Question Focus (Q-Focus).

CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.CCRA.W.7 Conduct short as well as more sustained research projects based on focused questions, demonstrating understanding of the subject under investigation.
