Description
Interested in starting a code club at your school? Join us as we share best practices for organizing a coding club and explore teaching resources for Scratch, HTML, Python, and more! You'll also learn about the Code Club community, which supports educators leading code clubs across the world.

Learning Outcome #1
Learn about free resources available to support students in learning coding through a project-based learning approach.

Learning Outcome #2
Experience a coding session as a participant and discuss facilitation strategies to support their Code Club environment.

Standards
Code Club encourages young learners to use technology to solve problems (4a-5d), express themselves creatively (6a-d), and have fun. The content in the program is project-based and gives students agency over their learning journey (1a-d) while teaching concepts of computational thinking (5a-d).
