Description
What is the Raspberry Pi computer and how can I use it with students? During this hands-on workshop, educators will learn about the emerging field of digital making and experience what makes the Raspberry Pi a powerful tool for bringing STEM and computer science learning to life.

Learning Outcome #1
By attending our workshop, educators will learn the pedagogy of digital making through a blend of project-based learning and computer science practice.

Learning Outcome #2
Educators will receive guided, hands-on experience with Raspberry Pi computers and experiment with a variety of physical computing projects. They will learn how to use Python to code with circuitry. They will also explore the idea of using computers as a material to create with.
