What makes some groups click and others clash? Culture is key to a functional PLC. We will show you the five factors that make a group a team, and the tech tools we leverage to collaborate with our teams. Collective teacher efficacy accelerates student achievement, do it for the kids.

Learning Outcome #1
At the end of this session participants will be able to look at their own PLC through a fresh lens to see what they might adjust to make teacher collaboration more effective. And/Or approach their next collaborative project with more knowledge about how to make it effective for teachers and students.

Learning Outcome #2
At the end of this session participants will be able to take away planning templates and shareable examples of what effective PLC work looks like. They may need these to advocate for support for their team.

ISTE Standards for Educators #4: Collaborator This session is focused directly on successful collaboration to support teachers improving their practice and model effective adult collaboration for their students. With the factors of effective teams in mind, teachers will be better able to solve problems, share resources, and improve their practice.
