Going 1:1, major schedule changes, building renovations, etc., are not just to improve schools, but also opportunities to strengthen teams. We'll look at approaches to communication, planning, and promotion designed to help use the exploration of change to build staff morale and move toward genuinely better schools.

Learning Outcome #1
Participants will identify common barriers to effectively exploring possibilities for change.

Learning Outcome #2
Participants will learn to structure meetings in order to improve discussion and teachers' personal and professional satisfaction.

Visionary Leadership (ISTE Standards for Administrators 1a): This session is designed to help leaders leverage technology and change efforts to build teamwork and morale by exploring novel approaches to implementation and meetings. Participants will learn to tap talents and insights of stakeholders to make exploring change as constructive as possible.
