With online communities like Twitter, Edutopia and PBS, you can find like-minded educators and a wealth of resources. Connect with these vibrant education communities today and impact your teaching tomorrow!

Learning Outcome #1
Participants will be able to use Twitter and hashtags to find and follow educators and communities, search for relevant content, participate in Twitter chats, and curate resources for their own use.

Learning Outcome #2
Participants will be able to use PBS Learning Media to find relevant content for their students, set up online student classes, create lessons using PBS content, assign work through the PBS site, and find like-minded educators and support.

Standards
ISTE Standard #1: Learner Educators continually improve their practice by learning from and with others and exploring proven and promising practices that leverage technology to improve student learning. Educators: 1B: Pursue professional interests by creating and actively participating in local and global learning networks.
