Description
The number one question from our past sessions have been, “ how do we get our students to podcast?” We really didn’t have the time to answer until now! In this session, we will be covering how to get your students podcasting! Most importantly...Why you should have your students podcast.

Learning Outcome #1
Educators will have the tools and resources to start a podcast in their own classrooms and/or environments.

Learning Outcome #2
Participants will able to start a podcast during the session as we walk them through the process with resource to refer to.

Standards
CC standards in the Listening and Speaking strand are addressed while creating and listening to podcasts. Kindergarten: CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.SL.K.6, to 11th/12th grades : CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.SL.11-12.4 The ISTE Standards for Students are designed to empower student voice and ensure that learning is a student-driven process. This will fit in many areas.
