Description
How can you reach teachers at various levels across multiple sites when you are the lone coach? By surveying teachers throughout the year to find their preferred learning methods and areas of interest, and blending face-to-face and online support, learn how one coach is personalizing support for 19 school sites.

Learning Outcome #1
At the end of this session participants will be able to use data to drive coaching.

Learning Outcome #2
At the end of this session participants will be able to generate multiple models that they can use to personalize coaching to improve technology integration and professional growth.

Standards
This session is aligned to the Professional Development and Program Evaluation strand of the ISTE Standards for Coaches. During the session, attendees will explore how to use data to drive coaching (ISTE Standard 4a) and how to create multiple models of professional learning that allow coaches to personalize their work with teachers (ISTE Standard 4b).
