Teachers in any grade level can share, model practices, and learn from each other by arranging informal peer observations using pineapple charts. We will discuss their benefits, different ways to organize them, how to encourage colleagues to participate, and how easy it is to get started.

Learning Outcome #1
Participants will understand what a pineapple chart is, how and why it works, and how to create one.

Learning Outcome #2
Participants will be able to use various methods to encourage teachers to open their classrooms for sharing and to enable others to leave their classrooms to attend.
