I've been a classroom teacher in 2nd and 4th grade for 13 years, and the past 2 years an Instructional Coach at San Marcos Elementary School. I am passionate about finding innovative ways to inspire teachers and students! Focusing on Personalized PD for our staff has been the best part of this new role. There is so much success when teachers can also have choice and voice! I have my Leading Edge for the Professional Learning Leader certification along with being a Google Certified Educator, Level 2.
